ten months

Someone gave my little lady permission to grow up. ten months sounds so grown up..she's practically a tween now. We are on the move big time and nothing is safe around our house. Surely I've lost all the baby weight by now because all I do is chase her down. She is magnetically drawn to all of the things she shouldn't be. She may have waited for awhile to crawl but she has it perfected and can be on the other side of the house in no time.

Crawling, pulling up, cruising, scooting...you get the picture. She's just not so excited about being held anymore now that she knows how to move around. Constantly

Current Loves:
cords, remotes & shoes...yes licking/chewing on the soles. gross...seriously gross
dog food/water bowls
the dogs - she sits and pulls on their ears, tails & legs. Dirvey loves the attention...Harley could care less
sticks...it's what she always goes for outside..keeps her entertained for, well, as long as you can entertain a baby
people/kids- she is seriously obsessed when she sees other people...especially kids
swinging at the park

Current Dislikes:
When anything she wants is taken away. Tantrum...big one.
Getting her diaper changed

I could go on and on. She's happy, smiley, feisty, social, independent, cuddly, loud, energetic, determined, curious, dramatic and adorable. She has the best laugh - chuckle I've ever heard. As much as I don't want her to grow up too fast, I am loving this stage. It is so, SO fun. And as tired as I sometimes am at the end of the day after chasing her around... I love that I get to stay home and play with her all day long.
A few weeks ago Campbell and I went down to Tulsa to visit my parents. While we were there one of my best friends, Carissa, and I took all four kiddos out to do a photo shoot. You should probably read about it here. It is pretty freaking hilarious story...and my recap just won't do it justice. Just picture 4 kids under the age of 6, a random homeless guy with animal cages, a missing pit pull, mud puddles, poisonous weeds and two photographer moms who are "busy" taking pictures. Awesome. In short she is an amazing photographer and I'm using her beautiful photographs for C's 10 month shoot. (And if you live in the Tulsa area, you should definitely check out her website...she also is a blogger for 918 moms and teaches for their blogging bootcamp...she's practically a celeb.)

ANYWAYS onto the photo shoot!

Coco...Campbell's future husband. They are two peas in a pod and will either love each other or hate each other. For us moms, it was love at first sight...basically when he said, "Hey baby. I Coco. I funny." Love that kid.

And I couldn't resist this picture... I'm obsessed with Carissa's 5d and got to "play" around with it...
